Miranda specializes in equity, debt and alternative financing for natural-resource, technology and renewable-energy companies. She serves on the board of Guanajuato Silver Company and is active in the PDAC, CIM and Women in Mining. She holds degrees from Queen's University and McMaster University.

Evan's career includes senior roles with Americas Gold & Silver and Kirkland Lake Gold, where he served at the Macassa mine during a period of significant growth. His international experience spans Mongolia, Argentina and Africa, and includes oversight of a 2,000-metre shaft project delivered on time and on budget.

Shane is CEO and President of West Red Lake Gold Mines and previously served as COO of Skeena Resources. At Eldorado Gold, he led the Lamaque project from PEA to commercial operation in 18 months. His career also includes open-pit project roles with Rio Tinto and Kaunis Iron.

Antony is Managing Director of Arrowpoint Mining Capital and Senior Adviser to Canmore Capital. He previously helped build Resource Capital Funds' mining debt and credit strategy and executed mining investments at Investec Bank across Europe, the Americas and Africa. He began his career as a solicitor at Dentons.
