She led Prodigy Gold through its $340 million acquisition by Argonaut Gold, held a senior role at Waterton Global Resource Management and helped bring PPX Mining's Callanquitas mine into production in Peru.

Biography

Jen brings two decades of experience in the natural resources sector, with extensive expertise in investor relations, capital markets, and strategic investor engagement. Her career spans a range of junior mining companies with assets across multiple jurisdictions, as well as a FTSE 250 oil and gas company, giving her broad experience across the natural resource and international capital markets landscape. Jen has an extensive global network of institutional and private investors and a strong understanding of the reporting and disclosure requirements for companies listed on the LSE, ASX and TSX. Throughout her career, Jen has led and delivered capital market days, international field programs, and global roadshows, developing meaningful relationships with investors and helping companies effectively communicate their strategy, assets and growth opportunities to the market.

Michael Kubel

Senior Mine Engineer

A Nevada mining engineer with more than a decade of hands-on experience in open-pit gold operations and mine-restart projects.

Michael earned his Mining Engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013. His experience includes short- and long-term mine planning, surveying, geotechnical monitoring, leach-pad design and management, and technical feasibility reporting. Focused on efficiency and site safety, Michael applies emerging technologies to optimize operations and bring innovative solutions to open-pit gold mining.

Tony Gesualdo

Vice President, Exploration

A structural and economic geologist with broad North American experience spanning early-stage exploration, resource development and mine geology.

Before rejoining Lahontan as Vice President, Exploration, Tony served as Senior Exploration Geologist at McEwen, identifying early-stage targets and supporting advanced exploration and mine-development programmes in the United States and Canada. From 2020 to 2023, he was Lahontan's Exploration Manager and contributed significantly to Santa Fe's initial Mineral Resource Estimate. His earlier roles include Coeur Mining, OceanaGold, Barrick and several junior exploration companies. Tony holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Georgia and an MSc in Geology and Geological Engineering from South Dakota Mines. He is a Certified Professional Geologist, CPG 12187.
