Ms. Kimberly Ann is a mining executive who has founded multiple Junior Mining companies and served in a variety of senior executive positions including CEO, President, CFO and Board Member. In the past twelve years, Kimberly Ann has raised over $210M in project financing and collaborated on three Junior Mining M&A projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Kimberly Ann was responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate M&A leading to the $340M buyout of Prodigy by Argonaut Gold. Kimberly was CFO and VP Corporate Development at PPX Mining Corp, successfully bringing the high-grade Callanquitas gold-silver underground mine into production in Northern Peru. In 2017, Kimberly founded Latin America Resource Group (“LARG”), building Jasperoide from two small concessions into a 57 square kilometre strategic project in the heart of Peru’s most prolific copper-gold mineralized belt. In 2020, LARG merged with Carube Copper Corp. to create C3 Metals Inc., setting the stage for value creation throughout C3’s project portfolio. Kimberly is also the Managing Partner of KA Gold LLC, a private company with a portfolio of advanced gold-silver exploration projects in Nevada. Kimberly attended the University of Washington, majoring in Business and Marketing.

Josh Serfass is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Integra Resources Corp. Previously, Josh was the Manager of Corporate Communications at Integra Gold Corp. He was a key member of the team at Integra Gold that grew, developed, and sold the past producing Lamaque Mine in Val-dOr, Québec to Eldorado Gold for C$590 million in 2017.
Committed to thinking differently about mining, Josh worked with the team at Integra Gold to host the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining Challenge, initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry.
Josh is passionate about attracting millennials to the mining sector, as potential employees, investors or informed voters and is a frequent speaker at industry gatherings.
Prior to Integra Gold, Josh worked at Citibank as a marketing manager and a supply-chain/operations analyst at Liz Claiborne and L. Knife and Sons
DIRECTOR
Currently, Executive VP, Corporate Development and CFO at NevGold Corp, Bob is a geological engineer (P.Eng.) and mining executive with over 40 years of experience in copper, gold, base metals, coal and potash. Directly involved in over $1.5B in project debt, equity, stream financings and M&A transactions, Bob was an Executive VP and CFO at Nevada Copper arranging over $500M in debt, equity and metal stream financings to develop the Pumpkin Hollow copper mine. He was also CFO and VP at Expatriate Resources which spun out Stratagold, Yukon Zinc Corp and Selwyn Resources, the latter two being sold to Chinese entities. In 2004 Stratagold had acquired what is now Victoria Gold’s Eagle deposit from a subsidiary of Vedanta for $6 million cash and 5 million Stratagold shares.

Chris Donaldson is an experienced executive with a 25-year track record of raising funds and building out new investment channels for both public and private companies. Chris is the CEO and Director of Outback Goldfields (CSE:OZ), CEO and Director of Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSX.V:VCU) and Director of Hopefield Ventures (TSX.V:HVI). From 2013 to 2020, Chris held the dual role of Director, Corporate Development with Western Copper and Gold (NYSE and TSX: WRN) as well as Director, Corporate Development and Community with Casino Mining Corporation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

VP EXPLORATION
Brian J. Maher is an economic geologist with over 45 years of experience in the international mining and exploration industry. Prior to Lahontan, Brian was the President, CEO and Director of Prodigy Gold Inc. where he guided the company through a period of expansive growth, exploring and developing the 6.6M ounce Magino gold deposit in northern Ontario, culminating in the $341M acquisition of Prodigy Gold by Argonaut Gold in 2012. In 1982, Brian began a 16-year career with ASARCO Inc. exploring for gold and copper deposits in a variety of geologic environments throughout North and South America. From 1998 and 2004, Brian was Project Manager for Metallic Ventures Gold Inc., supervising underground and surface exploration, mine development and operations at an underground gold mine in Nevada. In 2005, Brian joined Hochschild Mining PLC and was involved in all aspects of the company’s North American exploration program, serving as the Exploration Manager for the US, Canada and Mexico. From 2013 to 2022, Brian was the President and CEO of PPX Mining, developing, and operating a high-grade underground gold and silver mine in northern Peru. Brian is also the Managing Partner of KA Gold LLC, a private company with a portfolio of advanced gold-silver exploration projects in Nevada. Brian received his BA degree (Geology) from the California State University, Chico in 1980 and his MSc. degree (Economic Geology) from Colorado State University in 1983.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
John McNeice is a Chartered Professional Accountant registered in Ontario, Canada with over 30 years of experience in public company reporting, financial management, accounting and audit. Currently John is the CFO of Gold79 Mines Ltd. (AUU:TSX-V); C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM:TSX-V) and Northern Graphite Corp. (NGC:TSX-V) where he is responsible for financial and regulatory reporting as well as day-to-day financial management.
John has had CFO roles in seven public resource companies over the past 17 years and has overseen IPOs, RTOs and many quarterly, annual and periodic public company filings. From 2004 to 2007, John was CFO of Ur-Energy Inc. (URE:TSX/URG:NYSE American), a uranium exploration and development company now a US based producer of uranium. John was a key member of the management team directly involved in the initial public offering on the TSX. During John’s tenure, Ur-Energy raised an aggregate of $150 million in a series of private placements, the IPO and several significant secondary financings.
From 1990 to 2003, John worked in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where his primary focus was providing audit and regulatory reporting advisory services to Canadian and US publicly listed clients. John holds an Honours B.Comm. degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario).

Chris Irwin practices securities and corporate/commercial law and has been the managing partner of Irwin Lowy LLP since January 2010; prior thereto he was the President of Irwin Professional Corporation from August 2006 to December 2009; and prior thereto he was an associate at
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP from January 2004 to July 2006. Mr. Irwin advises a number of public companies, board of directors and independent committees on a variety of issues. Mr. Irwin is a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Mr. Irwin is a former Director of Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc., a company acquired by IAMGOLD Corporation in a $608 million transaction; former Director of Southern Star Resources Inc., which was formerly
listed on TSX prior to becoming Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. and being taken over by Goldcorp Inc. in a $1.5 billion transaction; and a former director of Jerritt Canyon Canada Ltd., which was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp. for $500 million transaction.
GENERAL MANAGER
Graduating from University of California Santa Cruz in 2010, Tiffany joins the team with extensive experience in Management and General Logistics. Contributing to the needs of the company, she brings experience in the Junior Mining space with- General Office management responsibilities: Personnel Management, Budgeting, Bookkeeping, Business setup, Permitting, Payroll etc. She also comes to the industry with familiarity in BLM and related institutions processes and procedures, Field Exploration Operations expectations and needs, and expertise in Enviornmental Monitoring procedural, reporting and sampling requirements. She looks forward to holding a key role in the structure and success of the company.

CONSULTING GEOLOGIST
Tony Gesualdo is an exploration geologist with a diverse background in the mining and exploration industry. He obtained his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and spent two years working as an exploration geologist in the southeastern United States mapping, sampling, and prospecting early stage exploration projects. Tony went on to complete his M.Sc. in Geology & Geology Engineering at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology with a focus on structural geology and ore deposits in extensional terranes. Since then, Tony has worked across northern and central Nevada in various roles from underground production geology and open pit expansion projects to early stage exploration. After working as an ore control geologist and planning infill drill programs at the Turquoise Ridge Mine, he returned to exploration and has been leading property-scale mapping projects and managing drill programs in Nevada for KA Gold, OceanaGold, and Coeur Rochester. With a strong background in structural geology, Tony can identify the structural controls of different deposits in a complex structural region such as Nevada. A proponent of a strong geology community, Tony has taken time over multiple summers to teach geology at the UGA/USC field camp in Colorado and is an active member of the Geological Society of Nevada.
SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Cody was born and raised in southern Idaho. His love of science and the outdoors led him to pursue an education in Geology at Idaho State University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in the summer of 2014. Following graduation, he worked as a Jr. exploration geologist for Pathfinder Minerals in Yukon-Tanana terrain in central Alaska, and as a petroleum well-site geologist for Selman Geological Services in the Permian Basin of western Texas. After two years in the industry, he enrolled in a graduate program at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where he focused his studies on structural geology and structural controls on precious metal ore deposits in southern Nevada. He graduated with a Master of Science in May of 2019 and immediately began working as a field geologist for Coeur Mining at the Wharf Mine in Lead, South Dakota. He then accepted a position as a mine geologist with McEwen Mining at the Gold Bar property in the Roberts Mountains of Eureka County Nevada. Cody Joined the Lahontan Gold Corp. exploration team in January of 2021 as an exploration geologist where he has assisted with the Santa Fe and Moho projects.
FIELD GEOLOGIST
Rudi Arntson is a field exploration geologist who works on all of the Lahontan projects in the Walker Lane. Rudi attended the University of Southern Florida majoring in geology and began working for Lahontan shortly after graduating from high school, he has been part of the team ever since. Rudi lives in Northern California with his wife Alexa and his dog Grizzly, he likes to sail and ski on his days off.
DIRECTOR OF SECURITY
Ms. Gypsy Ann has been with the Team for nine years now. Gypsy works round the clock, never complaining, always loving her role.
As a passionate, service-focused individual who consistently manages time and processes to create maximum efficiency with minimum disruption. Gypsy is an expert at providing a professional service that secures premises against illegal entry, fire or theft. She is committed to making a safe and secure environment for all and has extensive knowlege in security procedures.
