Redlich

Redlich is located in the Walker Lane about midway between Hawthorne and Tonopah, Nevada. Previous exploration defined a historic resource of 16.5M ounces Ag Eq in Tertiary epithermal veins and stockwork. Drilling in 2018 discovered a new style of mineralization: thick zones of disseminated Au and Ag mineralization hosted by hydrothermal breccias. The new discovery is on strike with the Candelaria open pit Ag mine and is completely untested.

16.5 M Ounce Historic Ag Resource, Drilling has Discovered Thick Zones of Disseminated Ag

KEY TAKEAWAY

Huge Disseminated Silver System Unconstrained by Drilling

CORPORATE PRESENTATION

The new discovery, named the DBK zone, is hosted by a westerly-trending structure that is partially exposed on the surface and is prominent in gravity and ground magnetic surveys. Core drilling cut a +100 meter interval of intensely silicified mineralized breccia averaging 17 gpt Ag Eq. Given the analogy to the adjacent pastproducing Candelaria open-pit mine, the blind nature of the deposit and an untested strike length of over 2,000 meters, the DBK zone has the potential to be a major. DBK is drill-ready with permits in place.

Four diamond drill holes totaling 1,344 meters were completed in 2018.  Hole RED-001C cut multiple thick intercepts of low-grade gold and silver mineralization within a +100 meter interval of intensely silicified mineralized breccia averaging 17 gpt Ag Eq including:

·     15.8 m (273.5-289.3 m) grading 29 gpt Ag Eq (0.16 gpt Au, 16.6 gpt Ag)

·     14.6 m (297.5-312.1 m) grading 25 gpt Ag Eq (0.16 gpt Au, 12.9 gpt Ag)

·     13.7 m (323.7-337.4 m) grading 26 gpt Ag Eq (0.14 gpt Au, 15.3 gpt Ag)

This Discovery, named the DBK target, is hosted by a westerly-trending structure that is partially exposed on the surface and is prominent in gravity and ground magnetic surveys. In drill hole, mineralization is hosted by intensely brecciated and silicified Jurassic (?) diabase.

Very little drilling has been done in the DBK target area to test the extent of gold and silver mineralization. Historic rock-chip sampling within the DBK fault/contact corridor produced multiple results of +1 gpt Au and +200 gpt Ag. Given the obvious analogy to the adjacent past-producing Candelaria open-pit mine, the blind nature of the deposit and an untested strike length of over 2,000 meters, the DBK zone has the potential to be a major discovery of previously unrecognized bulk-minable silver and gold mineralization at Redlich. When combined with the existing historic resource and exploration potential of the main Redlich target, the Redlich Project has an excellent potential to host a significant, economic, precious metal deposit.

The project has been partially reclaimed, however permits are in place for several additional platforms:  Redlich is drill-ready.
